The origin
The history
Betronic was founded on 4 February 1977 in Amsterdam as a sole proprietorship (under the name Bhetronic at the time) by Bert Huiberts. The company started on the Egelantiersgracht and has since grown into a customer-oriented electronics partner, still based in Amsterdam, with a multidisciplinary team supporting end-to-end development and production.

The Amsterdam office serves as the headquarters for the Betronic Group, overseeing supply chain, finance, and commercial operations. Furthermore, it acts as the central hub for R&D, focusing on product design, prototyping, and testing, thereby delivering solutions that meet the highest quality standards and our customers' expectations.
