At Betronic Group, we believe that our success stems from our strong 'we' culture. By working together, communicating openly and taking responsibility for our actions, we create an environment in which employees, clients and partners can rely on one another. To further reinforce these values, Betronic Group has introduced a new Code of Conduct.

Our values as a compass

The Code of Conduct is based on the four core values of Betronic Group: Cooperation, Transparency, Focus on Quality and Commitment. These values form the basis of the way we work together and how we interact with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Clarity on desired behaviour

The code of conduct clearly describes the behaviour we encourage and expect within our organisation. As a practical addition to employment contracts and our company handbook, the Code of Conduct makes our shared standards and values concrete and applicable to daily work.

An international rollout

Employees in the Netherlands have meanwhile been asked to endorse the Code of Conduct. Later this year, the code of conduct will also be rolled out across our branches in Ireland and China. With this, we are taking the next step in further strengthening a shared culture of responsibility, respect and reliability throughout the Betronic Group.
