Why do I like working at Betronic?

I enjoy working at Betronic because we work with innovative products and production technologies every day. As an electronics manufacturer, we are involved in the design process at an early stage, allowing us to contribute to the most efficient and reliable production process possible.

The variation in batch sizes and the continuous opportunities to improve processes and techniques make my work challenging, dynamic and particularly interesting.

What are my tasks and responsibilities at Betronic?

As the manager of the production site in Zwaag, I lead our team leaders and managers and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. To achieve our operational and financial targets, I am also heavily involved in production planning, quality assurance and implementing innovations to continuously improve our processes.

What else do I enjoy, besides working at Betronic?

Alongside my work at Betronic, I volunteer for the Hoorn Fire Service, where I combine action and social engagement. In addition, I enjoy playing football and spending time out and about with my family.
